Victoria Griffin started Griffin Graphics in the late 1980’s after working for the government printing office. She grew the business over the 30+ years focusing on fast, quality detail orientated work and in turn taught both her children this mindset and work ethic. Nicole has been working for Vicki the past 10 years learning the ways of government work and publications. As of 2023 Nicole is now running Griffin Graphics full time.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Visual Communications Graphic Design from Monash University and has been working in the industry since 2012. Her career thus far has had a major focus on in-house brand work so she’s very confident sticking to and pushing boundaries of a style guide.
